WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WJAR) — A Rhode Island bird rescue center is managing a massive influx of exotic birds after an urgent rescue operation in New Hampshire brought more than 70 parrots to its West Warwick facility.
The operation began in late April when Rhode Island Parrot Rescue received an emergency call regarding a hoarding situation.
