CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The jury trial for a Cleveland couple accused of killing a man by crashing their car into him, is scheduled to begin Monday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
Anne Marie Clayton and Marvin Atkins were both indicted on the charges of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and attempted murder.
The victim has been identified as Norman Duncan, 37, of Cleveland.
Cleveland Police said the crime happened around 7:35 p.m. on April 14, 2025 at the intersection of E. 149th Street and Kinsman Road.
