KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A fugitive from Georgia was arrested in Anderson County Sunday afternoon, according to the sheriff’s office.
ACSO said deputies arrested Jose Morales Martinez in the parking lot of the Main Street Oak Ridge shopping center.
