Fort Deposit Elementary School student has been recognized for outstanding character, earning the Lowndes County Children’s Policy Council Character in Action (CIA) Award for April.
Morgan Fountain, a fourth-grade student, was selected for consistently demonstrating integrity, responsibility and compassion both in and out of the classroom. School administrators praised her leadership and daily example in their nomination.
