Ruth DiToro, who recently turned 100, has seen the world change in ways she never expected, but she still holds tightly to the lessons she learned as a child.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, DiToro moved to Staten Island, New York, when she was 12 and lived there for more than 80 years before relocating to Florida in her early 90s.
