Eight years ago while perusing the streets of downtown Wichita, I came across a vegan hot dog cart in front of Barleycorns called Wheat Street Dogs. They serve handcrafted meat-free street dogs & sausages made here in Wichita.
And because of the quality of the food and the goodwill they’ve built within the community, here they are eight years later.
