Coroner identifies 30-year-old Lake Isabella man found dead in Kern River

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who died after being found in the Kern River as 30-year-old Scott Clay Kuykendall of Lake Isabella.
