SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – A Caddo Parish school administrator has been arrested for a third time on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to booking records.
Marandalous Holland, 51, was charged with operating while intoxicated, careless operation, possession of alcoholic beverages, and operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior motor vehicle offenses.
