WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A man was critically injured Monday afternoon after he was shocked in the area of Burton and Custer, in west Wichita. That’s near the intersection of Maple and Meridian.
The Wichita Fire Department said the man had been contracted by a homeowner to trim trees. While doing the job, he came in contact with the power lines leading to the shocking. He was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition.
