San Francisco is not a burger-deficient town. We have all kinds: Filipino-influenced burgers at Izzy & Wooks. Late-night emotional support burgers at Sam’s. Fancy brisket-, short rib-, and sirloin-loaded patties at Spruce. Veggie burgers. There’s even the thicc, tavern-style burger movement that’s been making its mark on new restaurant menus.
