HOLLY RIDGE, N.C. (WECT) – The Town of Holly Ridge is expanding fire protection services after an increase in funding for public safety staffing.
Town officials said the current budget allowed increased funding for the Holly Ridge Volunteer Fire Department to hire full-time firefighters, providing 24-hour paid fire coverage for the first time.
