ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A handful of food trucks were caught off guard after a park they normally use was suddenly sold, but with summer around the corner, the food truck operators are scrambling.

Next month marks one year in business for Ramon Sanchez and 143 Snacks, but instead of celebrating they are looking for a new place to call home. “We got a call from the food park manager, and it was, hey, I just got told by the church that the park was sold and we have till the end of the month to get out of there,” said. Sanchez.
The ABQ Food Park sits on nearly an acre of land off San Antonio Dr. and Louisiana Blvd., owned by next door neighbors Grace Church. “I was in shock. We kind of had asked the church before if they had plans of selling the land, and they said, no, we have no plans of it. If we do, we’ll give you guys a six-month notice so you have time to find somewhere else,” said Sanchez…
