A Quakertown High School student is headed to trial after a juvenile court judge declined to dismiss her remaining charges in the Feb. 20 confrontation between police and teenage protestors.
Lehigh County Attorney Ettore “Ed” Angelo confirmed May 12 that his client has been offered the same deal that other juvenile defendants accepted to resolve their cases, but that she and her family want the all the charges dropped.
