BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Bakersfield Police Detective Brian Looney was recognized on May 12, 2026, by the California Highway Patrol and the American Automobile Association (AAA) for” outstanding performance” in vehicle theft enforcement.
