VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– Police in Virginia Beach are investigating a crash involving a pedestrian Monday morning.
According to police, officers were called to the 4500 block of Lookout Road at 6:18 a.m. for the report of a crash involving a pedestrian. When officers arrived on scene, they located the driver and the pedestrian.
