GRANTSVILLE, Utah (KUTV) — Police in Grantsville have confirmed that the officer recorded on a call with a former West Valley police officer in Eugene, Oregon, is employed with the Grantsville Police Department.
Officer Garrett Frier was employed at the West Valley Police Department from 2003 to 2023, when he retired. In 2025, he was hired by the Grantsville Police Department.
