Man arrested after missing ‘O’ from Tacoma police sign found in his pocket, documents say

TACOMA, Wash. — A man has been charged after police said he damaged a sign at Tacoma Police Headquarters and put concrete in the main gate, creating a risk that the gate could be damaged and delay emergency responses, according to court documents.

Marvel Walker Jr. was charged in Pierce County Superior Court with second-degree malicious mischief, third-degree malicious mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. The charges were filed Tuesday.
