LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A Kentucky man has been sentenced to eight years in federal prison for his role in a long-running drug money laundering conspiracy and for obstructing a federal investigation.
Joseph Lanham, 43, of Louisville, received the sentence in U.S. District Court last week after admitting to laundering proceeds tired to his own drug trafficking operation between April 2016 and May 2023.
