On May 12 at around 6:20 p.m. Pennsylvania State Police in Girard responded to a theft from a vehicle on Underridge Road in Springfield Township.
The victim of the crime reported that a man had walked through her backyard, opened her car door, and took $200 from her purse before fleeing on foot.
The man was identified as 39-year-old Joseph Arciuolo of Erie. Arciuolo is currently wanted for a number of other thefts from vehicles in the Erie County Area and the Ashtabula County Area…
