PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A 19-year-old Tampa woman was arrested after troopers clocked her driving at 114 mph in a construction zone while workers were present, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
It happened Tuesday, just before midnight on the Howard Frankland Bridge. FHP says Yamaira Ortiz was seen speeding through the work zone, which had a posted limit of 55 mph.
