NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A retired Albuquerque Police Department Lieutenant is being remembered after police say he was killed in a crash by an intoxicated, wrong-way driver. Now, the family is trying to make sure that the suspect stays behind bars. KRQE News 13 spoke with the victim’s daughter, who said that she’s now fighting to see justice.
