Family fights bond reduction for man accused of killing wife in Waddell

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man accused of shooting and killing his wife is asking a Maricopa County judge to reduce his bond.

Police say 60-year-old Robert Marin lured his wife, Heather Marin, to their Waddell home in March and shot her multiple times. Heather’s family tells us her youngest daughter witnessed the shooting and heard her mother begging for her life.

Bond is currently set at a $2 million cash-only bond. The family says that if that changes in any way, Marin has the resources to post it and be released, which they argue would put others at risk…
