(WJET/WFXP)– A Canada-based furniture maker with locations in both Chautauqua County, NY and Erie is shutting down their operations, affecting hundreds of workers in both counties.
According to Chautauqua County Executive PJ Wendel, eSolutions Furniture, formerly known as Bush Industries, is dissolving its company, which will close the Jamestown Furniture location in the Town of Ellicott, along with all of its other locations in the United States, Canada and Asia.

A Pennsylvania WARN notice also listed that Bush Industries’ location in the 2400 block of Robison Road in Erie will also close and went into effect on April 30, the same day as Wendell’s announcement.
In Erie, 51 people are expected to lose their jobs, with Wendell saying over 230 people will lose their jobs in Chautauqua County…
