GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A beloved Rockford teen known for her positive attitude, humor and kindness has lost her five-year battle with brain cancer.
Annika “Anni” Meier, 17, died Tuesday, May 5. Along with recurrent cancer, she battled posterior fossa syndrome and radiation necrosis.
