GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A new bar and event space with a menu focused on small, shareable plates is targeting a June 1 opening in downtown Grand Rapids.
The 1850 Room, owned by Belmont resident Norma Gordon, will open at 53 Monroe Center St. NW, the former site of House of Wine, which closed in April 2025.
