At approximately 2:09 a.m. on May 12, 2026, emergency crews responded to a major traffic collision on the northbound 215 Freeway north of the 210 Freeway in San Bernardino.
Responding units located a heavily damaged sedan down an embankment with most of the roof ripped off. The driver was found partially hanging out of the vehicle.
Officers pulled the driver farther from the wreckage and began medical treatment until paramedics arrived and transported the victim to a local trauma center with unknown injuries…
