IOWA CITY, Iowa — Brewers from across Iowa gathered Wednesday at Big Grove Brewery in Iowa City to create a special beer celebrating the state’s craft brewing industry and agricultural roots during the Iowa Brewers Guild’s annual Collaborative Brew Day.
The event marked the third year of brewing “Yield of Dreams,” a lager made with Iowa-grown corn that highlights the economic impact of Iowa’s craft beer industry while promoting locally made beverages through the “Brewed in Iowa” campaign.
