INDIANAPOLIS — A dog that was spotted by police running the IU Health 500 Festival Mini-Marathon has reached his finish line at a forever home.
IMPD officers working the “Mini” near West 10th Street and Sheffield Avenue on May 2 watched the dog running alongside runners and walkers who were making their way toward the finish line.
