Rockdale, Tx (FOX 44) – The Department of Public Safety has identified a man killed when his motorcycle collided with a car Thursday as 34 year old Michael Tyler Morton of Austin.
Troopers said about 6:11 a.m. Thursday Morton was operating a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle traveling west on US Highway 79 near Milam County Road 234 near Rockdale when he veered into the eastbound lane and collided with a 2013 Ford Taurus. Morton was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the Taurus were transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple with non life threatening injuries…
