Lafayette man accused of firing gun at pregnant ex-girlfriend holding baby

CARENCRO, La. (NEWS 15) — A Lafayette man is facing multiple attempted murder charges after he fired a gun through a door at his pregnant ex-girlfriend, who was holding a baby, during a domestic dispute, according to the Carencro Police Department.

Deon’tre Glaude, 23, of Lafayette, is charged with three counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of aggravated criminal damage to property. His bond is set at $325,000. His booking photo was not yet available.
