The building that houses Sticks Billiards and two other businesses could soon come down so construction of a Chipotle location can begin.
A demolition permit was filed Thursday with Lafayette Consolidated Government for the property at 3220 Johnston St., which houses Sticks and formerly Dawn Nails and Johnston Street Coin Laundry. The work is valued at $66,150.
