A Bay Area dumpling concept with five California locations is bringing its handmade dumplings, gyoza and bao to downtown Boise this fall, marking the brand’s first expansion outside the state.

Dumpling Time, a fine-casual Asian restaurant founded in 2017 by Kash Feng, has been announced as the newest vendor at The Warehouse Food Hall in the BoDo district. The restaurant is slated to open in early fall and will join 13 existing vendors at the hall.
Feng, who built the Dumpling Time concept in the Bay Area as part of the Omakase Restaurant Group, will operate the Boise location in partnership with local partner Jon Bergscheider.
