MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — Mother’s Day can be complicated for women working through recovery. This week, dozens of women received an unexpected reminder that they are seen, supported and not alone.
At Crossroads in Mesa, purses filled with hygiene items, jewelry, journals and handwritten notes were handed out as a Mother’s Day surprise to women rebuilding their lives during recovery.
