A Brooklyn woman was charged with allegedly sending falsified oxycodone prescriptions to a pharmacy to obtain the pills while she was working at an assisted living facility in 2025.
Tianah Allen, also known as Tianah Eusebe, had been working as a medication supervisor at Island Assisted Living in Hempstead since August 12, 2024.
