LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A key West Louisville commercial hub is set to remain home to a state driver’s licensing office as redevelopment plans for the NIA Center move forward.
The West Louisville Dream Team says it has purchased the NIA Center property from TARC for more than $2 million and is now one step closer to acquiring and renovating the West Broadway site. The group’s vision is to keep the building a commercial and community-focused space, with room for bookstores, print shops, nonprofits, and additional small businesses.
