LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Heavy rain Saturday morning has led to severe flash flooding in some parts of WAVE Country.
Leaders in Bullitt and Spencer Counties have issued states of emergency- after flash flooding trapped drivers and made roads impassable.
