Redmond urges vigilance on trails after cougar sighting near Westside Park

Redmond, Wash. — A cougar was spotted Friday morning near Westside Park, according to the City of Redmond Parks & Recreation Department.

A resident living near the park captured the animal on a home security camera, city officials said while sharing a screenshot.
