After a lengthy investigation, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has been unable to determine the circumstances that led to the death of a 32-year-old man found dead in the stairwell of his Lakeview apartment building in October.
In newly released findings, the office said Nolan Hart died from multiple blunt force injuries, but investigators were unable to determine the manner of his death, which could have otherwise been classified as accidental, homicide, suicide, or natural.
