On Thursday, May 28, James Beard award-winner Kathy Cary (owner and executive chef at the late, lamented Lilly’s Bistro) pops up for a one-night-only collaborative dinner at Perso (741 E. Oak St. in Shelby Park).
There’ll be a four-course tasting menu inspired by Cary’s most beloved dishes, as prepared by Perso’s kitchen team. According to an information release, “guests will begin the evening with a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated dinner.”…
