WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Severe storms are expected in Kansas tonight and again on Monday with threats of large hail, damaging winds, and possibly some tornadoes.
The greatest risk of storms this evening and tonight will be focused over north central and northeast Kansas. Large hail, damaging winds, and a tornado or two will be possible in these areas.
Farther south, there is still a slight chance of isolated storms across central and south central Kansas. The overall chance of storms here is lower, but if activity manages to develop, then severe weather will be possible hail and strong winds.
Finally, a batch of storms in eastern Colorado could move into parts of northwest Kansas this evening. These storms will be capable of mainly large hail…
