RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – A man has been arrested after police say he was stabbed during an argument over loud music being played early Monday morning.
The Reno Police Department says that around 5:00 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a call of a shooting at the El Cortez Apartments on West Second Street.
