Allentown man pleads guilty in 2024 Fountain Hill armed burglary and shooting Christmas Eve

FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. – An Allentown man charged in a 2024 shooting and burglary at a Fountain Hill pharmacy has pleaded guilty.

Miguel Angel Martinez, 57, of Allentown, pleaded guilty Monday to charges of Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Burglary and a misdemeanor charge of Possessing Instruments of Crime, according to a press release from the Lehigh County DA’s Office.

Officials say Martinez’s sentencing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 26. He faces a possible maximum sentence of 22 ½ to 45 years in state prison, according to the release…
