SHELBY COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — A Shelby County Sheriff’s Office investigation remains ongoing after two people were injured in a shooting incident Friday night in Wilsonville, according to authorities.
Officials said Shelby County 911 received a call at approximately 9:05 p.m. on May 16, 2026, requesting emergency medical assistance in the area of Cherokee Drive for an adult female suffering from a possible gunshot wound.
