Wichita police stop 15-year-old driving 120 mph on Kellogg

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Officers stopped a 15-year-old driver traveling at 120 mph on Kellogg during a Friday night crackdown on reckless and negligent driving in Wichita.

The teenager had no driver’s license, according to the Wichita Police Department.
