LANE COUNTY, Ore. – Lane County has designated Marcola Road and Clear Lake Road as Safety Corridors, which will double traffic fines starting May 25.
According to county officials, the designation aims to reduce deaths and injuries caused by impaired driving and excessive speeding. The doubled fines will remain in effect through May 25, 2028.
