HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Indiana State Police have arrested the current West Baden Assistant Police Chief on felony charges.
A release from ISP says 60-year-old Thomas Burkhardt of Dubois is facing several charges including battery, following allegations made by multiple alleged victims.
