GREENSBORO, N.C. — The appeals deadline for the Guilford County Property Reappraisals has passed. If you appealed, the only thing you can do is wait to see what happens, and that could take months, even into next year.
In the meantime, you’ll be getting your property tax bill in July. And yes, you need to pay it.
