HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Two workers were injured after a wall on a condemned duplex collapsed in Harrisburg Tuesday afternoon, trapping the men under the rubble.
The collapse was reported around 3:42 p.m. at a duplex at 1917 Zarker St.
