FOLEY, Ala. (WKRG) — Drivers approaching the new library in Foley will notice a new traffic pattern, as the city installs a four-way stop sign, according to a news release.

City officials say they are adding a four-way stop sign at the intersection of South Cypress Street and East Orange Avenue as part of a project to improve pedestrian and traffic safety near the site of the city’s new library.

The Foley City Council voted for the move because of issues raised during the construction of the library and community center.
