A Maple Grove man has been sentenced in a case in which he sexually assaulted a jogger last year near a trail underpass near Rice Lake in Maple Grove.
Jordan Janusz, 32, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct and threats of violence-reckless disregard for risk in February. He asked for third-degree assault charges to be dismissed.
